Do you have minimum order Qty?Please note that the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our custom-made boxes is 50 pieces. This MOQ ensures we can provide you with the highest quality and customization for your packaging needs. By maintaining this MOQ, we are able to offer a wide range of bespoke options, ensuring that your gifts are as unique and special as the recipients themselves.

What is your lead time?Each project is carefully curated and assambled to your specifications. Therefore, we like to have at leat 6 weeks to complete our Custom made boxes. This time including design work, sourcking, gift assembly and shipping. At certatin time of the year, we may require more notice base on availability. We do accept rush projects on a case be case basis. Please ask and we will do our very best to meet your deadline!

What form of payment do you accept?At Logobalt, we accept payments via bank transfer. Our payment terms are structured to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process: • Advance Payment: We require a 50% advance payment at the time of order placement. • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order. What is return policy?Since our gifts are personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if your gift arrives in an unsuitable condition or is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
